The designer working with you will make a survey of your home to become thoroughly familiar with the details needed. The survey is very important so we can see what limitations, if any, may exist in the ultimate design you will select.
Once the plan has been approved, we then document each of the cabinets and fixtures including hardware, style, color etc. into a carefully written contract. Also detailed will be the plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and other trades involved with your room. This information along with a floor plan and perspectives will assure you that no details are overlooked.
This contract and plan then become the working documents from which each of the mechanics and the supervisor will work. Following the contract signing, a survey of the room will be made by one of the production team to assure the dimensions and details on the plan are accurate.
